How do I choose panel width?
As a rule, order 1.5 to 2 times your window width in total fabric so curtains stay full when closed. Use the size guide on the homepage for a quick estimate.

Do you sell pairs?
Our standard listing is a single panel for flexibility - order two of the same panel for a matching pair. Hardware items come ready to use.

How do I care for my curtains?
Most cotton and polyester panels are machine washable cold. Velvet panels are best dry-cleaned. Care chips are shown on every product page.

How long does delivery take?
Ready items dispatch within 24-48 hours; delivery usually takes 3-7 working days depending on your location. You get an email once dispatched.

What is your return policy?
Unused items with tags can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Check the returns page for full details.

Is checkout secure?
We use email-based ordering: after you submit your order we confirm, you choose a payment method, and only then is anything charged.
